Farmily Food is a family story where uncle, aunt, nieces and sisters gathered around a table to set up a culinary project. Eating healthy is a priority and all food is prepared with fresh produce coming directly from local producers.
Farmily Food serves Cubanos – a hot Cuban sandwich that was often served in cafes for workers from Cuban immigrant communities in Florida. The original Cubanos is made of braised pork, accompanied by Swiss cheese, mustard, gherkins and ham, all served on a Cuban bread. Starting from the original recipe, Chef Simon has created several variations of this delightful sandwich.
