The craft brewery is specialized in the design and brewing of exceptional, high end, fine organic beers. It is located in Waterloo, the city of the Lion, where Napoleon Bonaparte fought his last battle in Belgium.
The fine character of their beers comes from the use of champagne yeast. The Brasserie Lion uses organic hops from the rarest variety, organic malts and the most innovative brewing techniques.
The brewery is led by two young Belgian entrepreneurs who wish to offer a dynamic and contemporary image of the Belgian craft beer industry.
